“A Bond Beyond Books: When Teachers Become Friends”
The programme commenced with compering by Angel Joshy A, who welcomed the gathering and introduced the theme. A soulful prayer was rendered by Amrutha K and team, creating a serene and reflective atmosphere. This was followed by Acharyavandanam presented by Gowripriya, as a gesture of respect and gratitude towards the teaching profession.
The central presentation on the theme was delivered by Athira Haridas and Kavyakrishna P, who shared thought-provoking insights and heartfelt reflections on the importance of nurturing bonds between teachers and students beyond academic confines. Their presentation emphasised mutual trust, guidance, and the role of teachers as lifelong mentors and friends.
The session concluded with the National Anthem, instilling a sense of pride and unity among all present.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. M. P. Ravishanker (Teacher in Charge) and Prof. (Dr.) Smitha R (Principal in Charge). The event left a lasting impression, reminding everyone that the most profound lessons often arise from genuine human connections between teachers and students.
